This 2m extension cable is designed to extend the PS/2 keyboard (Mini DIN6 pin) cable for Windows-equipped (DOS/V) computers. It is compliant with PC99 color standards and features double shielded cable with sealed aluminum shielding process inside copper high-density braided material to protect important data from noise. The molded connectors are hardened with resin molding and thoroughly sealed to prevent external interference and provide excellent noise protection. The extension cable also offers excellent vibration and shock resistance.
The gold plated pins (contacts) are resistant to rust and reduce the risk of signal degradation over time. This PC 99 cable is based on computer standards created in collaboration between Intel and Microsoft company. The color-coded connectors ensure correct PC and peripheral connection. The cable is light gray and purple in color, with a length of 6.6 ft (2m). It has a mini DIN 6pin male to mini DIN 6pin female connector shape with a cable diameter of 5mm. The wiring consists of all straight wires.
